Same happened with us. Didn't get the key back but got the purse back minus Cash only.

All they have to do is turn the phone off or kill the battery. Never find it then. If they were smart they did that or just dumped it right away

whoever ditched behind the Walmart...worker found it after going out for a smoke break....takes it home???? and sends the wife a msg on facebook(no phone-Samsung s3)...my wife doesn't look at her fb msg's....I go camping this weekend have to use her phone new Samsung s5(mines lg g3 doesn't work with booster) so I have her phone using her facebook at the camp....snooping on her fb...lol.....look at msg's...and see the msg about her purse....lmao....right away i'm calling her...msg this guy...and got it back...
