Inflation. Other than the high-end models continuing the trend of trucks becoming Land Rover-esque luxury vehicles, the base models are keeping pace with inflation. Did anyone honestly expect them to stay the same price?

Fill in an estimate of each added std equip item/process, to add up to the Platinum's $3055 MSRP increase.

Platinum Base MSRP Increase - $3055

Aluminum Body
Box Frame Steel
Multi-Contour Massage Seats
Under Rear Seat Storage
DRL/Switch
Push Button Start
Box Link
BLIS
Inflatable Rear Seatbelts
110/400 Watt Outlets
8.0' Dash Productivity Screen
Smart Trailer Tow Connector
Remote Tailgate Release
Wiper Activated Headlights
Quad Beam LED Headlights
Power Tailgate Lock
LED Side Mirror Spots
LED CHMSL
LED Box Lighting
LED Security Lamps
Curve Control?
5 Yr. Nav Travel link
Pretty good list, but maybe not complete.

Go to my thread on "Other ways to improve mpg". It shows some extras on the Platinum that may not be on the list, like the 360° cameras. Or is that an option even on the Plat?
