Wheel/Tire Fitment, NEED HELP ASAP!
Truck is a 2015 Supercab, so no crash bars.
Current setup is Factory FX4 20" Wheels & 35x12.50R20 Trail Grapplers. Running a BDS 2.5" Level.
Wanting to move to a 20x10, -12 offset. I know i'll rub. I don't mind trimming plastic at all. But don't wanna get into metal.
My question is, does anyone have photos of 20x10 w/ just a 2.5" level. Pics of what you trimmed, etc.
Thanks in advance. I searched through god knows how many threads with no answer.

I have a super crew 2WD with a 7 inch front lift. I used the exact same wheel size and offset that you're considering. I only ran a 34" x 11" tire. I had to trim a little bit of the lower air dam. That is a very extreme offset. I know a 4 x 4 starts out taller than a 2WD, but with only a 2 1/2 inch front leveling kit I think you will probably have to trim the steel bumper quite a bit. Oddly enough for the first few days after I installed the lift kit I did not have any rubbing issues at all. You'll also want to get some flares because you're talking about a lot of tire sticking out past the fenders, maybe more than 3 inches.
The lower airdam is removed in this pic.

I forgot to mention I did have to trim my crash bars. The rubbing on the crash bars was evident immediately after installing the tires. But it did not rub the lower air dam until after a few days. This is a picture of the clearance I had immediately after installing the lift kit and tires but before it settled and I had to trim the lower air dam.

There are plenty of people taking a port a power and moving the crash bars forward to clear tires.

Yea I wish I could find a local w/ the same setup to let me test fit. Haha. I'm so torn between making 20x10s on a 35 work somehow or just doing 20x12 and 33x12.50
My last truck had 20x9 +18 offset and I had to trim quite a bit of plastic to fit 35x12.50 w/ no rub.

Where are you located? I have an extra rim to test fit with.
