hi im a new member but have been lurking around reading a little.

im currently looking to purchase a 2016 XLT sport with the 18" wheels with 301a package w/ 2.7l

Ecoboost. What should be considered a great deal that can be had at the dealer? i will travel a few hours to get the deal if necessary.

Rozay just a thought, consider the 302A option group, it's not that much more and, in my opinion, well worth the money. Got it on my XLT with no regrets.

Do you have one you have your eye on? What's the VIN if so?

Agree with KR.. 302A in XLT is the best option for the money.

Best way is to figure what your "how much under dealer invoice" price is. Various interweb tools for this mentioned in other threads. If you want a real quick & dirty method for an XLT with 301a or 302a, then take the MSRP on the window sticker, multiply it by 0.7-0.72, and if incentives/dealer discounts get you that number then it's a pretty good deal. For higher trim levels that are not as competitively priced then you'll need a number bigger than 0.75 as a multiplier.
