You can't get Caribou in with the sport package.
You can get Magnetic, race red, ruby red, blue flame, tuxedo black, ingot silver and oxford white. With caribou it would chrome package.
I love caribou and have a similar color (stone green) which I wanted to keep. I de-chromed my truck and painted it body color

I need some help understanding.

Base Platinum can tow upto 5000lbs

If I add Tow Package I can tow 5000-9000?
If I add Max Tow Package I can tow 9000-13000lbs?

These are est but to use as an example. If I ever think I would tow 6000lb range opt for the 500$ tow package?

I think you have it right. A class IV hitch is standard, but to get the actual tow package for pulling anything greater than 5000 lbs you will need the tow package.
