Those look like the right colours and number of wires, I wonder what they test with that port?

So I looked up a 2017 f150 and it shows the connector. even tho it looks like it could be 8 pins its considered a 4 pin connector

Further more it looks like this connector may fit in it... I think im going to buy it to try it out.

i found it in the folder full of connector faces now that you found a # ,what do you hope to figure out by buying the pigtail?

I'm going to attempt to add a heated steering wheel and need to tap the ms can. So thinking I can use this connector instead.
