Default Warranty

Anyone have an idea of what the warranty will be on the 2015?
Also can you buy an extended warranty or where would be the best place to get an extended warranty?

2015 Ford Warranty Guide

3 yr/36k bumper-to-bumper
5 yr/60k powertrain
5 yr/60k SRS systems
5 yr/unlimited corrosion perforation

I would stick with Ford's extended warranty to avoid the risks of the 3rd-party plans, and as always read the fine print.

You can buy the Ford ESP aftermarket from any reputable Ford dealer (I bought mine aftermarket from Flood Ford, other options are Ziegler Ford or Lombard Ford) for current generations and I havent seen anything that says Ford is changing that practice for the 2015 and if you buy it after, you will generally save a chunk of cash. You can buy the ESP until you are out of the 3 year 36,000 mile phase of the manufacturer's provided warranty and can choose deductibles, rental coverage, etc.

Researched this option when buying my wifes '13 Edge Limited. Dealer ended up matching price so bought local but have already been shopping online in anticipation of getting '15 KR. Quick review shows Ziegler offers 7 yr/ 75k Premium w/$50 deductable for $1590.
