Newbie HEre. i seen theres a few companies that make tunes for the EcoBoost, Which gives the best results?

For the 2015 there are few tuning options anyone of them would be somewhat untested with the new trucks. That said they are probably all fine, Livernois i think was first with a tune for these trucks. If you're looking for the MOST google can answer you question better and faster than I can.

The Stage 1 tune is good for peak vs. peak gains of over 27hp and 28tq, with maximum gains of over 30hp and 33tq. All while being suited for 87 octane and higher. Stage 3 is available for 91 and 93 octanes, and with 93 octane we are seeing over 77hp and 123tq when comparing peak numbers, and there are maximum gains of over 92hp and 127tq I have included the dyno sheet from our Stage 3 performance tune for 93 octane. This is tune only with zero modification on the truck if you were wondering.
