It's flat but slightly below the sunroof frame if that makes sense.

Got word today from ARE that both the V series and the Z series are available for my 6 1/2 foot bed Crew Cab which shows an estimated delivery date of 5/3. They also said the CX series was in pre production, whatever that means, and could be pre ordered.

All the caps look good! Im glad that if i decide to get one my color, Guard, should match good!

When you get a chance, could you take some side shots of the cap up close for us? And if you don't mind what did it cost? Im guessing right around 2000

Thanks!

Thanks for the new pics Breck, you can see the cap better now! I wish they had painted the matte plastic piece touching the back glass, oh well. Still looks great!

Thanks for the pics! Looks Good!

I thought i read somewhere or heard that ARE was going to get rid of the little molding around the bottom of the cap and have it sit over the sides to try a more seamless look. Other Z series caps iv been seeing online on newer trucks are like that now.

Im having a hard time deciding now on which cap to get. With all these different caps being posted lately its making it hard lol.

Interesting now that you pointed it out. Haven't see any pics without the molding on the Z series. Would be nice to get rid off the molding, oh well.
