As of today, July 14th still not here. According to my dealer KC had an influx of orders shipped out by rail and the destination rail yards are packed full. They are so full that the car transporters cannot keep up. Mine is just under 2 hours from where I live sitting in a rail yard waiting to be picked up. Should be any day now, I was told another order scheduled for end of June just arrived yesterday. Mine is approaching the 12 week mark.
It looks like a pattern.
Mine has been ordered on My 3rd, but shows an order date of May 10th, in KC and I still don't have my truck. I called today, and I've been told it is here in the CN yard waiting for a truck company to pick it up.
My salesman told me 6 weeks, max 8... I'm well over that.
I know the KC plant closed one week for maintenance, and my sprayed bedliner took another week since it was done elsewhere, and may be the fact that I ordered a regular cab that didn't help?
I should have it next week though.
Seems to be a pattern indeed. All the trucks built in KC and coming up here to Canada are delayed by several weeks.
I was told 6-8 weeks as well and I'm at 10 weeks. It was supposed to come in on Monday and it looks like it hasn't arrived yet.
I ordered my truck on June 18th and as of today still nothing when I put the order # in cotus. I get 'A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your veicle.'
Does this mean anything in particular?
If we're being honest I'm not 100% confident in my salesman to even give me the correct #'s. Thats a different issue though.
Not sure what method you are using, only method that worked for me on COTUS was the VIN. If you don't have it yet your dealer usually receives it 2-3 weeks after placing the order.

I was using the order #, dealer # and last name option. I will call the dealer and see if there's a VIN. Thank you
Yea I had the same frustration doing it the same way (over and over) with zero success. The vin worked almost immediately, but COTUS is very quirky. When you get your VIN check out ETIS too. Keep in mind that neither COTUS or ETIS are accurate for your options. My supercrew showed as a 3/4 cab and with options I never ordered.
Once the truck goes into build you should be able to plug your VIN into researchmechanics.com for a free window sticker. Good luck !

I have a question. Under packages it only shows the 302A package, is the FX4 and Sport Package also in the build? By the colors and stickers in the truck I would think yes, but I don't see it on the list of features, does it make sense?? Anyone with a similar experience?

COTUS does not show everything in your build. Ask your dealer for a DORA and it will show everything that you ordered. Make sure that is correct.
Cotus showed it went into production yesterday and today I got the window sticker. Shows August 14 for delivery still - ordered on June 8. I was hoping to luck out and get a shorter delivery but like most things it will have to be as long as possible. I know it will be worth it though.
