Dont count on that date. My original was 8/9 then 8/2 and the last date was 7/29. It arrived today. Some orders had been delayed for whatever reason so give or take.

Actually I think they are. I bet there pushing to get the 15's out so they can ramp up for the 16's.

I worked for Toyota at there Fremont Ca. assembly plant for a very short time.Worst job I ever had. They had us working allot of overtime and Saturdays to push out cars so they could shutdown to revamp the line for the next model year.

Too tired to type out the whole story including rude and incompetent CSR's.

But for anyone like me who has passed their ETA and is still "Awaiting Shipment". Call Ford. They will check report. See it's past ETA and then submit an escalation case. I'm told I will get a call from a regional "somebody" within 2 days(1 day in US). Who knows what that will do but maybe I'll at least get some answers that nobody yet has been able to provide.

For US(I called there first):

1-800-392-3673 then select option 4 then 6 then 2..

For Canada:

1-800-565-3673 then select option 1 then 5 then 2..

I would disagree. My original ETA was July 19th, then July 25th. The truck was built July 9th and still has not been shipped.

I went over to the dealer today to check on the prep of my truck. I don't know what is going on, but they received seven more 15's today. All different colors, five of them were ordered units for customers, the other two stock. Something is going on. Oh and in my spare time, I checked. All built in Kansas City.

Well that would make sense that they would come from the same plant to the same dealer. Wouldnt make much sense to send a few from Dearborn and a few from Kansas City.
But I do believe they are pushing to get orders fulfilled in order to move over to 2016's quickly.
Except for the few exceptions that have posted in this thread that have waited an unusually long time for an order that still isnt received.

So I guess I get mine tomorrow.

I decided to give that number a try. I was informed that estimated ETA's are 4-6 weeks after the vehicle has been built so they were not much help as they had the same info the dealer has. Guess I will just have to wait for it to show up which could be sometime in the month of August. If I knew it would take that long I would have just waited for the 2016 model.
