Once your truck is out of order processing and moves into the production phase, a window sticker link will be available on the cotus site. The window sticker will have the build date. The window sticker will usually be available a week before the build date.

My truck went into production on 4/21 and I was able to see my window sticker on Cotus. The sticker gave me the build date of 4/28 along with my blend # at the top of the sticker. Not a dumb question as this thread is monsterous and near impossible to sift through.

Magnetic/Black SCab XLT FX4 - 5.0, 302A
Ordered 1/5/15
Arrived at dealer 4/10/15
Picked up 4/18/15
Love it, so far so good - need to return for one bad TPS after break in
Regrets, not ordering the six spoke 20s

My truck was just built two days ago, 4/21, according to the window sticker. Disappeared off COTUS. Just checked this morning, and the delivery date has moved up a week, to 5/3! Only 9 days away!! What do you think are the chances of this actually happening, since the COTUS site says "In Transit" takes between 12-28 days? I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much...

I think it's finally going to happen and it's been a long road since October.
Dealer called a few days ago and said it's close so I have hope.
From the pic, I apparently got the shaved mirror model.

Well, I live in PA also, but my truck was built earlier, and ordered on 3/2. My ETA also is 5/3. Maybe they held my truck until yours, and others, were built. However, you are ahead of me on COTUS. While yours is in transit, mine is still awaiting delivery. The more I read these COTUS reports, the more I see Ford is screwed up lacking in keeping orders in sequential order. Blows me away. I know I am not alone. But it is frustrating to see numerous orders made way after mine being delivered already.

Well I hope yours is on the same delivery truck, because I just called my dealer, and he said mine is "more than halfway to Eastern PA from Dearborn". COTUS shortened my ETA by another several days...supposed to be delivered this Friday 5/1. Dealer said there's a good chance of that being true!

So this week should be the week for me. I ordered on 2/14, it was built on 4/2 and has been in transit hell ever since. The original ETA was 4/19, but that was delayed to 5/1 as I communicated a week or so ago.
Late last week, the ETA moved up to 4/28 and has held there ever since. Now COTUS shows 0 days to delivery, and my dealer says that it should be "no problem" to pick it up Friday morning (I'm out of town on business all week and fly in late Thursday).
So I'm crossing my fingers that I get a call or an email from my dealer sometime tomorrow saying that my truck will be ready for me Friday morning so that the wife I can can take it for our road trip later that morning! (What a way to break it in!)
Now... I need to dig up those threads about what to check when receiving your truck. I've seen snippets from lots of people (main cab door alignment, rear set rest, rust, etc.) but there has to be a forum sticky somewhere with a checklist of things to check, right?
Now let's hope the trucking company doesn't get in the way of my weekend plans.
