I went into "awaiting shipment" 1/27 and at that point, the ETA disappeared. Then on 1/31 it went "in transit" and my dealer is about 315 miles away from the plant. Unfortunately that was the day that the snow started in southern Michigan/northern Indiana, but I'm still anticipating it arriving at the dealer this week. Still no ETA showing. Original was 2/8 and then it bumped back to 2/13 when it went into production before disappearing...Seems like they will easily meet the 2/8 estimate though. Fingers Crossed!

Ordered my first F-150 on 1/3 and still no word on the VIN number. Has anyone ordered around the same time frame and received their VIN? Or anyone who recently got their VIN. Called Ford yesterday and got the typical try back next week.

I ordered 1/12, also no VIN. Seems to be a common thread with the January orders, with a few exceptions. Some are guessing it's an indication these trucks will be built in KC. Might just be that Ford is waiting to schedule any additional trucks for either KC or Dearborn until they have a feel for KC ramp-up timing.

If it isn't issued within month, it means that your order has been canceled by the dealer and you'll have to start over again.

Ordered on 1/5 No vin yet. someone on here ordered on 1/7 and already has vin so it makes no sense to me I am a priority 19. What is yours?

I ordered on 1/8/15 and still no VIN. It appears that most people have not gotten a VIN in the 1st 30 days, so I hope we hear something in the next week. Things should start to pick up at 1000 to 1200 units a day..... You would think anyway!

I ordered 1/8 and no VIN.

My salesman claims there is a scheduled February production slowdown underway to make adjustments to the parts supply chain. (I note that an earlier post mentioned a shortage of 3.5 EBs.)

Anyway, my salesman says production orders for early March are supposed to be pulled starting Feb. 12, a Thursday.

I want to believe him.

Congrats you guys that just got yours in or nearly in, that is good to hear!! I still say the no VIN issues has got to have something to do with KC gearing up!!

If it is, you better hope yours is not the first ones to go down the line!!! Just saying
