There are frequently glitches in COTUS, I'd check it later today to see. If it remains "In Processing" when it was previously "In Production" then pm Ford Service to check. The tracking can be helpful or drive you up a wall depending on what you let it do. My truck was delivered 1 day before the original ETA and 1 day after the final ETA, so all in all it was pretty darn accurate. That has not been the case for everyone. Some have run well beyond the ETA and others have received their vehicle several days before the ETA.

While there may be one or two reading this that actually would know, yer at the mercy of their willingness to respond. Hence, I recommend that you simply contact our Friendly Ford Service reps via PM -- with yer VIN -- for any updates. And/or contact yer dealer and get a copy of yer Visibility Report.

Hi there, Mgronda! I'm here to help. Go ahead and click this link to my profile page. From there, you'll see some small white lettering directly below the "Ford Service" avatar on the left that reads "send message". You'll need to click that first. Then, select the option in the drop-down box to "send a private message to FordService". That'll take you to the message box and you can send your information my way!
