There are frequently glitches in COTUS, I'd check it later today to see. If it remains "In Processing" when it was previously "In Production" then pm Ford Service to check. The tracking can be helpful or drive you up a wall depending on what you let it do. My truck was delivered 1 day before the original ETA and 1 day after the final ETA, so all in all it was pretty darn accurate. That has not been the case for everyone. Some have run well beyond the ETA and others have received their vehicle several days before the ETA.

Just got the call from the dealership, truck is here took exactly 42 days from order to delivery.

From there, you'll see some small white lettering directly below the "Ford Service" avatar on the left that reads "send message". You'll need to click that first.
