TexRep - I live in the Des Moines area so not all that far from your truck. I suspect this is where it is at - Belle Plaine, IA

Who's your dealer? SE Michigan here, too. Mine took 5 days from Awaiting Shipment to In Transit & Delivered (last two on same day). Maybe WED or THU for you?

I have been stewing over this since Friday afternoon. I picked up my truck Wednesday and had the spray in liner put in Thursday Morning and the ARE LSII tonneau installed Thursday afternoon. It was raining when I picked it up Thursday. Friday I noticed they had not installed the tonneau correctly and it had rubbed and chipped the paint at the two back corners at the tailgate. NOT HAPPY, so I took it back and CALMLY showed them the problem. They said they would adjust the cover and take care of the problem. I waited for the truck and it SEEMED everything was OK. That is UNTIL I got home, I parked in our driveway and walked around to the passenger side to go into the garage. Then I saw it......WTF.....a quarter sized dent in the C pillar right about the height of the Tonneau. They forcefully hit the C pillar with the Tonneau either during the install or the adjustment. Soooo I took it back and they admitted it and again said they would take care of it........ 100 of my miles on the truck (Ford put 40 on it) and it has to go into the body shop. NOT HAPPY. This is the biggest (3 locations) local truck add on specialist in our area. This is the 3rd Tonneau that I have purchased from them in 12 years (AND WILL BE THE LAST).

Well, moved to Awaiting Shipment this morning. Processing completed 3/23, production completed 3/28. Now I get to see how long it takes to get to Denver.
