thanks,
I too ran into the same problem...My buddies wife works for Ford and she said as of 5/2016 the system showed 99 emergency back orders and 22 normal orders for the drivers side 22-pin wiring harness...

I found several located in Canada. I called three dealers and the last guy told me his warehouse has 14 in stock..About a week later i was in business..

Now I realize I'm only able to keep my existing features, but I was told by the dealer I ordered them from that they would plug right in. Well the harnesses are different. Does anyone know where to get a pin out of the harnesses so I can rewire them. Thanks for any help!

Here is my OEM plug.

Here is the plug on the new tow mirrors

There seems to several different harness issues and mounting stud placement out their. I have a 2015 F150 XLT with towing package and my mirrors have a 11 pin connector and two mounting studs, not three. Has anyone else run into this configuration?

2015 Ford F150 XLT with standard mirror, heat, BLIS, signal.
Looking to change to power fold tow mirrors.
Have had difficulty finding anyone with experience on this.
My mirrors have a 11 pin connector and two mounting studs, not three.
I would really like to find someone who has same set up that has converted with details of switches that needed to be changed and how many additional wires needed to be run.
Also wiring configuration from the 11 pin to the 22 pin.

Thanks!!

I am very familiar with that conversion but have NEVER seen an 11 pin connector for the mirrors.

Please post a picture of your connector

Default 2015 f150 xlt

After a closer examine I was wrong, I have a 22 pin harness, and two mounting bolts for the mirrors. What is needed to get power fold, BLIS, and signal light? I would have to add a switch of some type for the power fold unless I am able to replace mirror switch console in the door panel???

All help is appreciated!

So let me check for understanding...

You have a 2015 XLT 302A with non Trailer Tow Mirrors. You're existing mirrors have power adjust, heat, signals, electro-chromatic (auto dimming) driver's side and BLIS. You do not have LED Spot Lamps or LED Security Approach (puddle) Lamps.

The only additional feature you are wanting to add is Trailer Tow Mirrors w/power fold (not power extend).

Please confirm

PS: the mirror mounts to the door with 2 studs w/nuts & 2 bolts

2015 F150 XLT SCREW with Tow Mod
302A package
manual fold mirrors with power glass and
BLISS but am not sure if they are electro-chromatic and if they are heated. Most heated mirrors have the heat symbol on them, but these do not. There is no mention of electro-chromatic or heated mirrors on the window sticker.

Forgot to mention that I want power fold and not power telescoping.
