I ordered my truck, a black platinum screw, back on the 9th of February. Nothing is showing up on Cotus and yes I am on the right one.


I read somewhere on here that someone in ford customer that is on the site can look up my truck if I give them my info. Can I pm them?


This wait is killing me I bought my 99 F150 in 2006 with 115k on it and now it has 287k and this will be my first new vehicle ever.

OMG never mind! I just found out that I had to enter the dealer code and after using several useless #'s off of my order sheet one of them turned out to be my dealer code and know I can see my truck!

Now that you found it you can search just by VIN next time.

I did the same thing, but my dealer kept giving my bogus code numbers. After they gave me the VIN, I showed them their errors. That should be at least $1000 off my price...........js.
