Default For Those With Longtube Headers

Looking at doing the Stainless Works or possibly AFE Longtubes on my '15 5.0L truck.

Question is, who's done it. I plan on going with the Catless Y Pipe. I'm trying to find sound clips. Can't seem to find a sound I like from what I've heard.

Did you notice much of a power gain? Currently running an Omega Tune by TuningByOZ and love it, just curious if i'd notice much more.

I have Stainless Works on my '15 5.0 with Off Road Y, factory 3.73's and Omega tune and love it. I would not hesitate to do SW headers and Off road pipe again. Fit is great and the install, while not easy, it was not bad. Victor at the RDP store (a vendor on here) beat the prices I got from others by far.

From a tuner perspective, I didn't think the truck could get much better after the headers, but the Omega is hands down the best I have had, with out the trickery of increased sensitivity of the remote throttle.

Is Whipple too much money? Wouldn't that just be the bee's knees?

What muffler you running? Bet that thing is loud! Vids?

Did you have tune before headers to be able to see how much difference just the headers made?

The Exhaust is Gibson Duals that I changed the muffler out to a Borla XR Pro with the factory resonator up-stream of the muffler. It is not overly loud. The tuning was done remotely, via logging and revisions, not on the rollers. Hopefully this video link works it is a little slow to load: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AsEy8iCxB7XTgeJridSUIQJ4VAWqkQ

Off topic, but I really like your rim/tire combo there BOSSMAN2888 - what are you running and did you need to level the front?

Thank You sir! Did not need to level, I did choose to drop the rear. They are 20 x 9 Ion 181 00 offset with 305/50-20 Nitto G2's. Keep in mind in have a 15' S-cab which did not come with the front crash bars.
