That is the radio but your tagline says you have a 2016, it could be Sync 3

I believe there is an update for the 8" also... v3.8 tho

I've tried to download it on three different computers using Chrome, Mozilla, and Explorer and a server error will flash on the screen and then it take me back as if I had never hit the button to download. Im by no means a computer expert but I've built a few in my time and I have no idea whats going on. Seeing how it does the same thing on all three computers using three different browsers tells me odds are its not on my end but then again like I said I'm no computer expert.

mine still shows 5.8 as the latest it doesnt work very well so I was hoping for some bluetooth fixes
