Shaay, I am the OP... if you need any more help in trying to diagnose this let me know. Has the IV team been able to reproduce this? With so many people having the issue, I assume so.

When I try to use the Mobile App on my 2016 F150 with Sync 3, I get a message stating my VIN # is not associated with my Ford Owner Account. Yet my VIN # is set up on my Ford Owner account.

Was able to connect my phone today. Works different than my 2011 , didn't know I needed to load app on my phone for Sync 3 to run health report. In my 2011 F250 it did this by Bluetooth using my phone no app needed. My question about Sync 3 is do you need phone to be connected to USB port for it to run the report ? Or was that just for the initial setup of the app? I have a iphone 6S plus.

SYNC 3 does not support the Vehicle Health Support feature. It uses the Ford Owner mobile app to receive alerts about the vehicle’s health. Read more here: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/vehicl...obile-app.html
