I had the same problem. All I had to do was restart my iPhone and it started working

I have a 2016 and was told new Sync 3 does not do the Health reports anymore, my 2011 F250 would run them with older version of Sync.

I just called sync customer service because I could not get the Ford Owner app to work. She said they would research the issue and get back to me. Pandora worked fine.

Still cannot get past the enable app button that does nothing, it just stays gray.
