The dealer connected 2 Android phones with no issues. I know it's iOS 10.x but want to know if there's a solution.

It sounds like the dealer did all the necessary troubleshooting. Would you happen to have a non iOS phone to test on your system? This will help isolate the issue.

I would do a hard reset on all your iphones after forgetting the blue tooth connection with Sync on your iphones and then restart the blue tooth connection process all over. And do another hard reset on Sync while you are at it. Worth a shot. Won't hurt anything.

Just reset your network settings on your iPhone, don't wipe the entire phone. As mentioned before you reset the iPhone, delete Bluetooth connections in both the phone and truck.

Happens to me once in a while, especially after a iOS update in my Accord.

New iOS update was released yesterday.

Update and give it a try.

Everyone has given some great options to try; however, this issue is not common throughout all SYNC 3 systems and iPhones. Once the update is pushed to your phone, install it and let me know how it goes!

I had the same issue initially when I updated my phone to iOS 10. I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 10. The fix was this.

Go to settings; Bluetooth; Click the "I" next to SYNC; make sure "Show Notifications are turned on.

That allowed me to receive text messages via Bluetooth on the radio screen. Hope that helps.
