Sync 3 & iOS 10 Issues
#51
The dealer connected 2 Android phones with no issues. I know it's iOS 10.x but want to know if there's a solution.

I have a 2016 Ford F-150 XLT and an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.2. The bluetooth connectivity with the phone disconnects and re-connects constantly. Same thing occurs on my 6s Plus & my wife's iPhone 7, all running 10.2. I took it to Ford twice and they have done a hard reset to Sync 3 system and nothing has worked. I have deleted and re-paired the phones many times. Is there anything that I can do to resolve this issue?

Happens to me once in a while, especially after a iOS update in my Accord.

I had the same issue initially when I updated my phone to iOS 10. I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 10. The fix was this.
Go to settings; Bluetooth; Click the "I" next to SYNC; make sure "Show Notifications are turned on.
That allowed me to receive text messages via Bluetooth on the radio screen. Hope that helps.
