I have the 2.0 Sync 3 build on mine - people with the older 1.0 can't update via wifi to 2.0??

Mine had an initial issue accessing recent calls but a hard reset of my phone solved that. Everything else seems to be working fine - currently running IOS 10.0.2 via iPhone 6S.

I see device connecting with my 6s plugged in via usb, but media device is unavailable. It will work via bluetooth though. But as you all know BT volume is seriously diminished vs usb. Dislike using BT because of that.

Hard reset of the phone solves the issue until the next time is occurs.

I also backed away from BlueTooth but came back after I realized I could increase the volume on the iPhone and volume increased in the truck.

Try removing the pairings and re-pair.
I tried that initially when I couldn't connect with Bluetooth or USB. I started over, and got Bluetooth working. I was afraid to do it again for fear that Bluetooth and USB would both be gone again. I'll give it one more shot and erase and reset everything. Thanks for the help everyone.

Curious what settings you used to increase the BT volume. Are you just using the volume controls on the side of the phone?

Hi all,

If you're experiencing issues after updating to iOS 10, I suggest power cycling the phone and a clean pairing. Next step would be a system reset: http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Fo...US_10_2015.pdf The instructions are on page 113. Your stored info will not be deleted with this reset.

Thanks for the info. I tried the reset, and there is still no connection over USB. I suspect this is an Apple issue, as everything was fine prior to the iOS 10 update. Grrrr.

Nighthawk87,

I've responded to your PM. Check it out!

If you haven't tried it, do a hard reset of your phone.
