Goes with any tune or mod you elect to use. Sometimes you gotta pay to play. Turbo guys, gap your plugs and clean your map sensors. Check your fittings and connections.

Actually my understanding is Livernois has the most tables avaliable through their proprietary My Cal device. It's something like 16,000 compared to 3k or 4k on the SCT (if even that many).

I believe you are correct. I think their custom tuning page states that with the proprietary MyCal device LMS can access more tables than the competitors. I am curious to know how many more SCT has added. SCT actually offers training classes with their software. The biggest complaint I have heard about using the MyCal device is that LMS does not like to do data revisions and logging like they would with the SCT. I'm not a customer so can't attest to this. I personally chose SCT because of their customer support and availability.

That is not true violin. We constantly revise tuning based upon feedback that we get from clients. Nevermind the fact that we issue our own revisions periodically.

The biggest reason to choose our tuning is that we are completely independent. We use our own proprietary tuning software and MyCalibrator device for all our tuning. Having our own proprietary tuning software and hardware means that we have more control over what we can and ultimately will do. Our software allows us to have far more access to your ECU, and because we have more access our tuning files are much larger than most. This only shows that more of us goes into our tuning files VS the competition. We routinely invest in test vehicles both pre and post public release to ensure that we are offering the most responsible aftermarket support in the entire industry. There also is not another aftermarket vendor that has the corporate ties VIA their R&D and skunkworks for the big 3 domestic automakers and their performance divisions.

Tuning is easy! Your tuner will arrive to you completely blank, and ready to read info that will give us your factory calibration. You email that info to us, and we build you your tunes. When they are built we provide you with an app to download to your PC. This app will allow you to connect to our secured remote tuning server. All that you have to do is click "Update Tuner", and that will send us your factory calibration. Once we get that info to our calibration department we will have your custom tuning files ready for you in 24-48 hours. Whenever your tunes are ready to put onto your handheld we will email you letting you know that you can plug your tuner back into your PC and update the tuner again. After that, just load your tune onto your car and have fun!

There are not any negative side effects to responsible modifications, especially tuning. We are making power by making the car as efficient as possible. We have the longest and most successful track record in the EcoBoost platform, and all without a single client vehicle failure. We hang our hat on that achievement!

Well, I can't argue with that as I have been and am 100% satisfied with LMS from start to present. My truck is a beast.

+1 to Livernois.

Email responses are usually under 24-hrs and they're a pleasure to work with. A lot of people complain that by using the MyCal you're limited to one set of tunes. My thought is if the tunes are good, why would you want to change?

Livernois customer for life. Been tuned since 1k miles on my 2015. Currently at 41k. 0 issues, currently running the latest Livernois revision.

Nice, thanks for the update. Not to take this thread too far off the original topic, but did you swap out your thermostat or running your stock one?

To each their own, but I did some checking into SSI and I wouldn't touch them for tuning with a 10-foot pole.

I considered licensing my truck with HPTuners, which I've been using on GM vehicles for about 10 years now. After looking at the sparse support that's out there and determining the 3.5 tt's use speed density tuning (further complicating tuning), I decided against it.

Well if you decide that you want to mod your truck with safety, reliability and performance in mind let us know!
