It's in the shop right now.

Problem is, I think the guys at the front desk of the service department are retarded.

I gave them ALL the info they needed, but the guy kept dismissing me entirely, I had to fight him on taking my print out describing my SiriusXM and Climate control issue. I was hinting that he might want to order the new part when I called in for the appointment last week, but I don't think they did.

I am fully expecting to get my truck back, and have them tell me that they have to order a new part and that I'll have to bring it back in.

Here's the list of issues I brought it in for;

1. Drivers seat recall
2. Advancetrac/hill descent control module faulty
3. Clunk in rear end on acceleration
4. Climate control appearing on centre stack display, even though I have manual
5. SiriusXM cutting out

Driver seat on 2016 isn't correctly installed/welded or something.

I got a letter in the mail saying they were recalling it.

I noticed when I took hard corners, my seat shifted slightly, and coincidentally the day before I was calling to make my appointment I got the letter telling me about the Driver Seat Recall.

I'll have to ask about that when I finally take mine in. Keep us posted on your results.

As I expected, they didn't bother reading what I gave them beforehand.

No antenna part, 1-2 weeks on order.

Not only that, they didn't even fix the seat.

What a waste of my time.

FIX it!!!
Update--- I had to tell the dealership about the fix that Ford has made available through a SSM. I took it in for replacement of the antenna yesterday and the radio works perfectly now, but my headliner is soaked and water is dripping from my rearview mirror from the overnight rain.

Dealership Service Manager is trying to tell me that it's coming from the windshield which was replaced in August--not from his antenna replacement yesterday.

Do I LOOK stupid???

I got my XM antenna changed out a couple of days ago and it cured the intermittent signal loss I was having. They used part # HL3Z 10E893 AA , it took less than ten minutes to swap it out.

Water leaks are due to improper installs, which have been very rare. A competent tech should have no issues. Comes down to you trust your dealer's service department?

lol. Trust? That's a strong word. I don't trust Ford. So I'm not sure I trust the service department.
