100 miles Problems already
Just got my 16 last Friday, by Saturday problems appeared as follows:
Truck has two USB ports in console- one on right does not work at all, one on left charges phone but does not appear to do anything else. Can not get iPod to connect.
With or without anything plugged into USB I get "warning alert that device in USB requiring too much power please unplug" or something like this? warning appears totally random and there is no way to make it go away.
Yesterday the Sat Radio started randum cuting out, losing signal .....
I've had a 2001, 2004, 2010, 2012, 2014 F150 first set of problems. If dealer can not fix on Thursday it will likely be last F150.
the 2010, 12, 14 all had Sat with Nav....
Have others had similar problems? and have the problems been fixed?

I am in Denver, it is absolutely horrible, this is my 5th Sirius equipped vehicle from Ford, and the ONLY one that has a problem. Overpasses I get, downtown buildings, parking garages etc I am fine with. My radio cuts out over a dozen times on a 30-45 minute drive from the suburbs to downtown Denver EVERY day. I have a video of it constantly searching/reacquiring in the grocery store parking lot for several minutes. Not a cloud in the sky, 360 degrees of unblocked vision! This is really horrible, and the second time I will have had to take my truck in for the stupid satellite radio.
BTW, I have a 2016 Platinum.

Obviously some don't understand what is written. No where did I say I was going to sell the F150. I said It was likely my last f150 if its not fixed. I don't think it's un reasonable to expect a $60k plus new vehical to be delivered in working condition?

Did Ford get your Radio fixed? and what is the fix?
This is my 11th Sat Radio and the only one that cuts out? Your description of the problem is exactly like mine. Except I live in Houston area and the tall mountains around the area have never created a problem in the past.

My dealership is going to change out the antenna next week when I take the truck in for scheduled service. I found a post in a forum in which a dealer changed the antenna out on a Ford vehicle (not an F-150) that had the same signal loss problem the trucks are having. The new antenna solved the problem. I will post next week when I get the truck back and let this forum know if this fixes the problem. Here's hoping.....

I purchased my 15 last July and the sat radio worked flawlessly up until a few months ago, I've contacted Sirius several times and I get the same answer to the problem " we are upgrading our towers" , very frustrating like the OP said... I hope it gets fixed soon or I won't be renewing my service with them
Did you ever resolve your problem? I too have a 2015 with the same issue. The signal drops where it never did before. It worked great until this winter. I thought it might be a seasonal thing and would clear up but it hasn't. Mine was built in March 2015.

Well, I got my truck back late last week and if they did indeed change the antenna out it did no good at all. All of the spots where I had outages before are still there and I've even added a few new ones. Ford, I am not a happy camper! This is not over yet. I intend to keep pursuing this and making a nuisance of myself as long as this remain an issue. And I'm telling anybody who is interested in the problems I've been having (the howling fans are another thing I'm not happy about). I'll keep the group posted if there is any progress at this end.
They claim to have test the antenna but they also admitted that they didn't road test it or they would have known it did not work.
