RKSport Ram Air Hood

Wow thats clean. I like how that looks. I noticed that both of you have the fender flare too. I originally wanted some but since I'm not going any higher than my 3 inch lift and no bigger than my 33's. I thought the flares would make the wheel well look that much more empty. I'm saying all that cause the flares compliment the hood that you guys have and so I'm hoping it won't look off some without the fender flares.
This is my truck it's going on.

yeah i had a 4 inch lift on my 14 fx4 -14 offset as well, but i had the extend a fender smooth flares on it.
could always put spacers on you're truck to give it a bit more stance if you want flares
heres the 14 with bds 4 inch with -14 offset 20x10 wheels & extend a fender flares

I have a 3" lift on mine with 34.4" tires ...my rims are -14 offset so they fill the wheel well .once I burn these tires up I'm going to put a BDS 6" coilover suspension lift on it...I'm putting 4.11 gears in soon to compensate for the tires...I like the stance on your truck and would only put the fender flares on if you change your offset...or try the smooth ones instead of the pocket flares..
im wanting to do 3.73(have 3.55), or maybe 4.10/4.11
also look into lighter tires- my current toys AT extremes 35X12.50R20 (34.5) are about 90 lbs a piece
my last set were duratracs LT325/60R20 (35.4") were 67 lbs and the diff is HUGE

lemme know how the 4.11 goes, I've been told they don't make any for the new rear end so far.

I was told the same about the rear even Ford racing doesn't have a part number listed to 4.11's for my year..I have done a ton of searching and found the 4.11 8.8 for the front and 4.11 for the 9.75 rear..with my company I do alot of business with Ford so they are working with me and doing the install....I ordered the gears and 2 new G2 gear covers for added lub...I also have to use a tuner to correct for gears and tires so I purchased a SCT tuner from MPT and that will go in at the same time....I have 3.55's and they are not cutting it....I will have everything next week sometime and will get Ford to install asap while MPT does my custom tune..will give an update when I have one....fingers crossed..

mines already tuned ( i have both 5star and mpt tunes - 5star has shift points much better than mpt, but mpt "felt" like it had a bit more jam)- which motor do you have. i have the 5.0, a v6 just isn't for me .

I have an RK Sport hood on my 2015 XLT.. The Hood needs a lot of shaping. I had them do what they can without paying 1k to completely reshape the hood. It doesn't line up perfect and the gap is a little larger then stock but even with those issues I still love it.. It is functional. Hope this helped you guys who are wondering.
The fit is terrible in my opinion. It was not just the gap on mine but both sides are having to be built up to be level with the front fenders so not to make the gap at the top of the grill any larger that what it is. Another $250 on top of the paint job to make things a little closer to a stock fit.

nice! When I do mine I'm not going to be doing any fender flares, do you have any pix from an angle, side and straight on? Looks great!
