Default Replaced front rotors, question about the bracket bolts

So I installed a set of PowerStop cross drilled and slotted rotors since I had a vibration when braking and since I tow a boat decided to upgrade. I had to remove the caliper bracket and noticed that the 2 -18mm bolts on one side were super tight and had loctite on them, but on the opposite side they weren't. What should these be torqued to and should I use loctite, if so which loctite should I use?

Not sure on torque but I would use blue loctite.

Looks like the bolts that hold the anchor plate on are torque to yield, make sure you have two new ones per side.

Stopped by the Ford parts dealer and had to order the bolts, asked them what do they do if they have to pull the rotors, which I would imagine they do all the time. The guy told me they just put loctite on them and put the old ones back in?? I'm going to replace them since they are less than 5 bucks for the whole set and it can't hurt..
