Regular Cab - Lets see those pics

I too have looked and that is about all I have seen, while on the subject I have a question that maybe someone can answer.
If you look at the side photo it appears that the rear wheels are more "centered" in the bed length than on previous models, which would necessitate a longer wheelbase, but at 122.5 the 2015 WB is actually 3.5" SHORTER, does this seem odd to anyone else?
Or, did they just take some room out of the cab?, or lose some length on the front end, which is my guess, as it appears that the 5.0 will be the largest engine available in this series, but the WB on the other models seems the same?

I recall reading somewhere that they took out some space behind the seat in the regular cab. Also that pic appears to be of a 6.5' box not the full 8' box.

I can't believe they did that. Why would they downgrade the cab space? The added space over the GM and Ram reg cabs was a big selling point for me when I got my '13. Only the Tundra reg cab has more space than the 09-14 fords. I can't stand how shallow the GM reg cabs are, even on the 14 models..and now ford is moving that direction too. It would've been less work for them to keep the cab the same size as the 09-14s. They probably just want to make the reg cab less appealing for recreational use so they can try and sell more screws and keep the reg cab as a work truck. Shame on them. This makes me even happier that I didn't wait for the 15 f150.

actually, looking at those pics of your truck, I still believe it came off the front.
The distance from the center of front wheel to bumper looks shorter on the new one.
Like I said, it would make sense to take it out of the nose, LOTS of dead space in there if 5.0 is your biggest option all other motors are shorter.
But they would have needed that space for the 6.2 which is no longer available.

If the taillights were straight up rather then that little kick forwards at the top it would look much nicer. Needs some wheels and a drop. I dont know thought, I still like my 13 better..

Just my recollection that I read it somewhere and was not pleased, as I am planning on going from a Supercab to Regular cab. I use it occasionally for inside the cab storage. Less space is not a feature I like.
I also see based on specs that both the 6.5 and 8.0 foot box regular cabs are about 4" shorter overall. 4" is a lot if it all came out of the space behind the seat.
