I show it for 2 of them $750 on ford.ca in build and price I thought? I know you can get an over head for 1100.. No way I would pay $2000.. Definetly would rather new rims!

I had a set of aftermarket DVD monitors on my truck for a couple of years. I wired them up to power on the cig lighter at the rear of the console and video/sound to each could play their own DVD or both watch a single DVD in one of the headrests. Most aftermarket units have an FM modulator built in with a number of available frequencies. Just tune the truck into the correct frequency and you have sound.

All that being said, I recently removed the whole thing and have just bought them cheap tablets. All their movies fit on an SD card so everything is available to them and they can play games as well. The tablets were $120 each and just fit into the seatpocket on the back of the front seats. Far more functionality. They can plug in headphones as well.

I just make my kid look out the window on the way to school. I'm not a very cool dad.

I have these installed in my lariat with black leather. They are very nice. I paid $1400 for the dual DVD set up installed.
