Answered my own question. Just got one that expires 5/2/16, doesn't help on an ordered truck.

After requesting online quote, mine came via email immediately. Kept trying but never got another one. I went to Lincolns site and built a navigator and got another one. Still good on F150. Don't try until the day before your truck comes in. They are tracking your address.

I tried everything that was recommended, Ford, Lincoln, more info, internet pricing, brochures, my name, wife's name, nothing works for me!!! I have 25 dealers calling me for vehicles now too, lol. Luckily my truck wont be here for 2 weeks, maybe the last wave of brochures will have something.

It's been posted many times before - no, it cannot be locked in. While your dealer, or Ford, may grant a few days grace, that's it.
