Thanks!
Why not make it a tad bit easier and state where that happened?
Were there add-on fees involved?
Did that dealer provide/process any other discounts as mentioned below-
I would like to know which dealers participate in USAA as e.g.? I've asked a few times prior but as yet I have not found one Ford dealer that says they can/will do the USAA discount which I thought was fairly common.
Before I fixed my interest to Ford, I saw it to be common with GM to do credit union discounts and found that my CU participates in that program-guess I'll have to ask them if any Ford dealer in KY does that one?
I also saw Farm Bureau discounts with GM-is that not done with Ford? They are a huge seller of insurance in my state. These several discounts I've mentioned add up to thousands of dollars, not chump change questions.
Folks, in answer to the curmugeon I just typed a bunch of stuff about how maybe some (very few?) people are not so dumb afterall but decided that your half full cup has a hole in it?-and erased what I'd said.
Rainy day here too...

Good grief, K., give it up and don't take it so personally that someone (and perhaps others) don't think that pages and pages of confusing gibberish about vehicle pricing contributes anything of value. The early responders to your post with brief replies like "I paid X-plan" etc. is simple & informative, but there are countless other responders in the wings who will certainly clutter their replies leaving more questions than answers.

Order brochures from Ford. I requested the F150, Superduty and Mustang. The Mustang brochure had a coupon for 750 off any Ford vehicle on the back. If you don't get the coupon in the first round, keep ordering brochures.
