Default Possible to order 2015 on Lease?

I am going to lease a 2015 Platinum when they hit the dealers. Any way to order one now for lease so it has all my options?

How you pay for the truck once it is delivered is up to you. I ordered mine on 7/28 and simply left a deposit. I will determine the best option to pay for it based on what incentives (if any) are available once it is ready.

Do you mind me asking what the dealer required for an order deposit? TIA

50% of MSRP.

JK... I am sure it depends on the dealer but mine only required a $500 deposit

It's possibly that initially, the lease rates on the 2015's will be horrible. Right now, my dealer looked in the system, and it's all blank still. If it ends up being "standard" lease rates initially, it will be very cost-prohibitive to lease.

My guess is that the residual will be pretty good and the money factor will be high come December/January. I am hoping they level out mid March/April.

Part of me thinks the demand will slow down than what it has been last 4 months. They are selling 14's fast (In June they put out 30k). So my guess is there will be a demand for 15's right and launch for those who have been waiting then it will slow down, rates drop and rebates start.

Also I think there will be rebates when it launches. At least $1000. Those that lease will get Red Carpet money for sure.
