I already ordered a loaded Platinum a few days ago from my local dealer, long story short it they ordered it as a priority 10, and insist it will come before priority 20's and will not change my order priority.

I called another dealer (much larger, but a little further away) and spoke with a very well informed sales manager, and said no problem ordering it as a priority 20....and knew exactly why I want it ordered that way.

Anyways, is there any issue if I place an order for the same car, from two different dealers? Ford wouldnt know because my order for the priority 20 wouldnt have my "name" on it like the 10, right?

Ford will not know, and probably wouldn't care. After all, maybe you are looking to buy two or more trucks.
It might not be fair to the first dealer to order from them and not buy the truck. If it will sell easily then I wouldn't worry, but if it is an oddball that only you would want then they might have to sit on it until they discount it enough. they could even lose money if it is bad enough.
A loaded Lariat will probably sell without any issues.
