Default Old remotes work on new truck?

I find the new '15 remotes in my pocket keep unlocking the truck. Not good here in the ghetto. The buttons are too big and if anything touches my pocket or other items in my pocket will hit the unlock button. Can the older square remotes work on the new truck? They had recessed small buttons that would eliminate the problem. I have the keyed ignition not the push start so I can just use a plain key if all else fails. This truck will make me OCD if I have to keep checking to see if it is locked all of the time.

Did you promptly take advantage of the situation and unlock their car and steal all their valuables? 'Cause you know it's their fault if the car is unlocked. Never mind people shouldn't be touching things that don't belong to them, that's besides the point. It's your fault for not securing everything you own if you can't watch it 24 hours a day. Opportunistic crime is acceptable. That would have been a "come-up" for you if you did. Maybe you could have stolen the whole car!

Was it a parking lot or parking garage? I've experienced that before but only in a parking garage. May be coincidence.

My Dad uses one of these. He's almost 70. Granted, he still has 80 keys on his keyring and wears nut hugger Wranglers so they won't fit in his pocket.
