Oil/Fluid Analyzed
Were is the best place to do an Oil Analyzed. When I google it Blackstone Labs comes up first.
I want to get my Transfer Case Oil/Fluid Checked. Still haveing the clicking noise from it all the time while driving in any mode.

Blackstone is very reputable. They're the ones just about everyone uses in the Jeep community, from my experience.

I have used Blackstone with good service and fast turnaround. note Blackstone just raised there price by $3 for basic oil analysis but still a good deal IMO.
Just wondering are you worried about contamination or are you looking for wear particles? if its contamination just change the oil and be done with it.
Note Ford has had some problems and replaced some transfer cases under warranty have you checked with dealer or possible TSB ?

Save the Manuals!
I have used Blackstone on my old Mercedes for years now. They are reasonably priced and do an excellent job.

Some 2015 F-150 XL and or XLT vehicles equipped with an ESOF transfer case, built on or before 6/16/2015, may exhibit a rotational noise from the transfer casewhile in 2-wheel high (2H) that does not change significantly when shifted to 4-wheel high (4H). The noise can be described as ticking, scraping or rubbing noise that occurs between 32 Km/h (20 MPH) to 80 Km/h (50 MPH). The noise is most noticeable at lower speeds and will increase frequency with speed. To eliminate this concern, replace the Front Planet Carrier (7A398) and Ring Rear (7A153). Refer to WSM, Section 308-07. Use applicable labor operations from Section 7 of theSLTS manual.

Is 2233 the TSB number? Also Mine is a Lariat with the 4A option... Also I have heard of others finding metal shavings in there transfer case if this is the case they need to replaced the entire transfer case.

This isn't a TSB. It is SSM 45452.
Since yours is a Lariat with the 4A option, this SSM obviously doesn't apply to your vehicle but I didn't know that when I posted.
Also if you are planning on using oil sample results to convince Ford there's an issue with your vehicle, don't waste your time. I've been down that road before and Ford doesn't recognize oil samples as an indicator or a problem.

Well If I bring it in again it will be there third strike... They know the noise is there and I know others have had transfer cases replaced and or parts replaced. If Ford does not want to fix issues with these trucks I will get rid of the truck not that big of a deal.
Getting the oil checked is more for me. I want to know if the transfer case is falling apart inside.

Just keep in mind, most oil labs that do oil sampling have no idea what the normal ppm of wear elements should be for any given component. Therefore unless they have the manufacturers threshold of what is considered to be abnormal, the analysis is just data and should only be acted upon if there is a wear element(s) that is extremely high (iron, aluminum, etc.) or if the fluid is contaminated with silicon (dirt), water, glycol, fuel or other foreign substance.
The best method is to have multiple oil samples and look for trends that may indicate wear is increasing at an abnormal rate or a component has reached the end of it's service life or to the point where corrective action needs to be taken.
Particle count is also very important. How many particles are in the oil and what size are the particles?
