Default Official Regular Cab Thread, 2015 - 2020

Somebody was eventually going to do it, so it might as well be me.

I know, I know they are terrible pics. It is practically dark when I get home and has been raining for weeks now. Even saw a little snow today.

Just picked it up yesterday. 2016 XL 4x4 2.7 Ecoboost 3.73 axle. In this cab configuration this motor is extremly fun so far.

I'll get some more pics this weekend in better light.

I can't help but find that combo cute! I've never seen one in real life, I don't think they are ever ordered where I live. All the Regular Cabs are work trucks with 8' beds around here, the rest of us have more doors!

I have the same truck in black. I have the 3.5 though, I didn't want the ecoboost and the 5.0 wasn't available at the time. Seems good so far.

I took a 3.5 out for a ride. It was great, but I have become addicted to boost since owning a few. T_R you truck was the only known pic I saw on this forum until I got mine. Thanks for keeping the spirit alive.

My Race Red, RCSB, XL, 4x4,with 5.0 and 3:73 locker is supposed to be built tomorrow(12-17-2015) and delivered 1-11-2016. It will be a stable mate with my 2012 Race Red Mustang 5.0 and my 1966 SWB Rangoon Red F-100. This will be my first new truck. I love red Fords

^ What he said.

One of the reasons I chose the basic XL front end was because I was getting tired of rock chips. I figured you can't chip what you don't have!

They had 1 2015 white FX4, Regular cab at the dealer I got my Scab from, it was literally the ONLY Rcab in the area. I almost pulled the trigger on it. My buddy has a 2013 Rcab and i love the damn thing. I rarely use the back seat, but when I need it, I really need it. So i opted for the Scab because it had just as much room as my 2007 Ram 1500 quad cab.

Now that i know how rare these Rcabs are I almost wish I snatched it up. leveled with some beefier tires on it, would have looked awesome.

it also had the 2.7 in it, i bet it was pretty quick.
