Looks like it was cut off to me by the emergency responders. As one myself, I know that the hardened nader pins that hold doors shut are THE HARDEST material in a vehicle. Especially if there were both front and rear occupants, it's much easier to open one like that. You can see the crumple on the roof at the B pillar. A cut there, one at the bottom of the b pillar and a pry to the already compromised front of the front door and you're in. Plus it leaves plenty of room for backboards to immobilize C-spine. That's exactly how I would have cut the doors off if I were doing it.
Not saying that's what happened, but it looks most likely to me.
