I have a 2.7 on order and plan bigger tires, which is why I'm interested in how yours performs. Seems few put bigger tires on trucks equipped with this engine.

finally reset the trip and so far after just over 50 miles city driving I'm getting 20.5...or at least that's what it's reading. it will be interesting to see how many miles on the 36 gallon tank I will get. first tank started out at 8.8 mpg from the dealer so it started off skewed and ended up at 17.5 mpg....I know I should have reset it from the dealer but I didn't.
