Have you tried pushing on the panel? I know that sometimes during manufacturing the clips that hold the panels together don't always make a full connection. If you give it a soft push it might clip into its correct place.

Already tried that.
No luck.
When I looked at it at the dealer it was not like that.
I guess it came loose while I drove down the dirt road today.
