I have the big moon roof and no leaks at all. I also have the extended tank. Ordered mine end of October and received delivery January 8th. Truck has been awesome.

How can one tell if they have the "extended range" remote start?

Go stand in a room of your house opposite to where your truck is parked and try starting it. If it starts you have it.

There is no "extended range" remote start. There is only one type of remote start from the factory. They do claim it has a longer range than previous years. Some install after market remote starts that claim "extended range".

My first Ford truck here. I'm a converted Chevy truck guy. So far, I'm very pleased. I had a 95 T-Bird back in the day. I loved that car. My very first car was an early 70's Maverick. Wow, the technology has really advanced hasn't it? I just traded a 2005 Silverado that was considered loaded by 2005 standards. It doesn't even compare to these new trucks.

Had my 2015 Platinum for a month now - 1400 miles and no issues yet. Other than my daughter likes to play with the seat messagers, Stereo, and generally anything tech - drives me crazy.

If you have the new keyless ignition the fob has a light on it. Green flashing light means it started, red means no.
