Hey everyone. I have found and easy way to make MTF screen backgrounds from either pictures on you have taken with your phone or ones that you have snagged from the internet. What I did was downloaded "Image Resizer" from the Apple app store. (It's free) Then you can scroll through your pictures on your phone and you can resize them to the desired 800x384. I have been playing with a bunch of different ones pictures and have found some that work really good. Here are a couple screen shots of the app.
Open the App
Select the picture using the picture button. Then press the > button to go to the next screen
Your picture will show up in the current size. Press the > to go to the next screen.
On this screen you can change the output size to 800x384, zoom in or out, and move the photo around. Press the > after you are satisfied with your picture.
This is what the picture will look like on your MTF. at the bottom left you can either save,upload, mail or print the picture. I emailed them to myself and then put them on the thumb drive and then loaded them in my truck.
I even took one of the AWESOME pictures my wife sends me while I'm at work and tried it.
Hard to see if the detail is good in the pics. Please have your wife send a picture that incorporates proper white balance. This can be achieved by wearing a white tank top but it needs to be sprayed with enough water to show details such as shadows and highlights. Upload the photo and we will see if this app is worth downloading.

She should advise my wife on how to send those type of pics!
Do you really put that on your MFT? My wife would die if I did that. I've thought about having some racy stuff on the dash...but never know who is getting in the truck. Especially kiddos!!
