Siri® Eyes Free*:
•Now iPhone users can use Siri® Eyes Free with SYNC® with MyFord Touch®. With simple voice commands, SYNC® with MyFord Touch® enables you to operate the iPhone and SYNC® together. Siri® Eyes Free can be activated by pressing and holding the voice button for at least 3 seconds.

Secure, simple phone pairing:
•Phone pairing is now easier.

Automatic reconnection:
•If your phone disconnects, SYNC® with MyFord Touch® will automatically reconnect it.

•Now SYNC® with MyFord Touch® allows for easier entry of destinations.

It is on the new 15/16 models built as of early/mid Sept. Not sure if it is all models or just select ones but Explorer/Taurus/F150 are included. No user update yet. You can check for updates on SYNCMYRIDE.COM

Is it included with the A6 chip? I had the 5 in my 2015 Mustangs with MFT, but my truck has the 6. Any knowledge?

When will this be available? As a iPhone user I'm very flustered MFT doesn't allow the iPhone to use all of the features, i.e. Photo ID. Also concerned Ford will abandoned MFT updates as soon as Sync 3 comes out, just as they abandoned Sync Gen 1 when MFT was released. I will be delighted if Siri Eyes Free will be released for MFT, just not holding my breath. Nothing like buying a $50k vehicle that lacks software support as soon as you drive off the lot.

Just checked Ford Owner.com. MFT Version: Gen2 - V3.7.11 is the latest update.

Just did online chat w/ Sync Support. Here is the non-answer I got,

I work for myself lol. Anyone with OASIS access can pull the info on a newly built F150 and get the info I posted. Right now it is in factory release only. I would suspect an update to be coming but I don't work for Ford, lol. It is very typical a new release comes out on factory builds only first.

They already have found bugs and are "investigating" them so don't expect an update release tomorrow.
