Unhappy Looking for Dearborn Truck employees- researching "possible" QLS report"

Hello all,
First, a special thanks to Brian (deathbypsi) for the tip about a possible QLS report.

I'm hopeful that someone has a contact with a Dearborn Truck factory employee that might be able to find out if a QLS report was created on VIN 1FTEW1EG6HFA904023.
The report may shed light on what the writing on my recently delivered (to the dealership) 2017 KR back and side window actually means.
The word "repair" is clear enough on the side rear window but the ""what" isn't readable.

What ever it means, the sad face drawn on it can't be a good sign.

I haven't taken delivery of this special order yet, so it would be nice to know going into ownership, rather than find out something major was involved.
Given the price on these trucks, this seems a fair question..

Thanks in advance!

That could have been marked for ANYTHING. Anything from a bad motor to a scratch on the bottom of the dash...Only about 80% of all vehicles we build roll off the end of the line without some kind of repair or concern. Anything can be wrote up as a concern to be sent to a repair hole. Something as small as a missing owners manual in the glove box or missing floor mats.
That said, anything found that needs to be repaired while being built that cannot be fixed on the roll by a Quality Leader or repair man will be logged into our QLS system and sent to the correct repair area after its finished on the assembly line. We have the ability to look up any vehicle by the vin number to pull up the QLS Report to see any repairs or concerns the vehicle was wrote up for while being built. We can trace it back to what was wrong, right down to the exact person who may have caused or found the issue. We do this for Warranty reasons. If there is a repeating issue that is being found to come from the same job, on the same shift and same operator we can address this person to stop future warranty claims.
I am a Quality Leader at the Focus assembly plant down the road from Dearborn Truck so I cant help you directly but if you can find somebody that works in the Truck plant they might be able to give your VIN to their QL and have the report pulled up for your truck.

Frankly I wouldn't worry about it. As stated could be for any number of things, big or small. Either way it had to pass quality control inspections before it ever left the plant so it will be fine. Drive it like you stole it.

Default Seeking Ford Customer Rep assistance

If your out there monitoring this forum...
Any assistance with ascertaining the nature of the repair done at the Dearborn Factoy to the truck I ordered (not to mention why an employee would need to draw a sad face on the rear window) would be greatly appreciated.

Could you possibly request your dealer get it before you take delivery?
