Lifted truck, turning radius sucks!

Hmm very interesting I didn't know that was unique to the fabtech lifts. Good to know it's not just me I suppose. Question is now is there anything I can do about it? The only thing I have going for me is the dealer installed it before I purchased the truck, and warranties all the components ect because they chose to lift it. Tires that came on it are 295 75 18 Toyo mts.

Guess you didn't read all the other posts? This is common on lifted trucks in general. That 1" cut off the tie rod isn't doing much harm. Other than you cant toss a OEM replacement one back in there without cutting it.
1) you don't WANT to turn the wheel that sharp with heavy tires. Or dry steer.
2) All electric steering trucks have terrible turning radius from my experience. I think its because they have limited the movement so that the 90% of people who turn the wheel to the stops EVERY time are no longer killing TREs and racks.
As stated, you will get used to it. And/or back in when possible. I doubt your real world turning radius is much worse than a stock truck. The approach angles and seating position just makes it feel a lot worse for now. Its not like parking a stock one of these trucks in a tight area is a breeze.

Sorry I wrote everything out earlier and forgot to post it, then went back and read. It's hard to explain but it feels worse now after a couple thousand miles than when new. At first I could turn lock to lock if I had to And it was reasonable. Now it makes a binding or popping noise if I go to either lock, which is yet to be diagnosed I need to take it in. But the radius without locking it out is 1 and half to two full lanes to make a 90 degree turn...impossible on a two lane with cars going the other direction. Seems more extreme than most have described

That's the pop when turning at lock. Anyone else get anything like that? It happens turning left or right at lock, and started at about 3000 miles. Did not do that when new. Any ideas before it goes in?

I cant watch the video at the moment, but you really should avoid turning lock to lock.
also, my ram and all the f150s and silverados ive driven/owned, even a stock truck STRUGGLES to bust a u turn with two lanes, you really gotta hit the nail on the head. But I suppose I don't lock to lock the wheel either.
I just avoid all these driving scenarios. Just go turn around somewhere. U-turns are often illegal, and somewhat dangerous depending on where you are.
