Installed BDS 4" suspension kit and having issues (Pics)
So I talked to this "respected" shop and BDS authorized shop about getting this kit on my truck. Well, i decided on the BDS 4" suspension kit, with the 285/60/20 KO2s...kit got installed looked great. Noticed pulling out the shop, my bumper pad had some marks, said they didn't know anything about it, but they replaced it anyway so no issues there. 1 week and half later, i noticed the front making some noises at slow speeds when i turn (Clunking noices). Looked under and everything seemed to be installed correctly and tight from what i can tell, but i did notice my bushing on my right control arm with a cut in it.duno how that would happen. So i called the guy that installed it, and he said bring it back and let me look at it. Went there today, said he'll change the bushing at my cost for the part..(whatever)..then told me the noise is from the axles being so leveled causing the noise (assuming he means they have play) and he talked to BDS and they said that's normal. Well I didn't believe it, and called BDS myself and it is not normal! It's hard for them to dianogise it but it sounds like they damaged a oring or something isn't aligned causing the knocking noise. So i guess my post is...to get any info you might have heard of or heard anything like that. Lke i said i can't hear it going over bumps or anything driving fast, but at slow speeds, like parking lot and they is any kind of body roll or turn, i can hear it clunking in the front.

Inner wheel end, put it in 4wd and see if the noise goes away. Either that or something isn't tightened up.
Obviously don't be turning tight on pavement. Go to a gravel parking lot or something.

I have the BDS 6" on my 15 f150. The cutting is on the cross member where the front axles are at and the drop bracket. It's hard to tell. The guys that installed my kit showed me the piece they cut off. It's not much at all.
