Default Husky Mud Flaps

Just installed the Husky brand mud flaps on my 2015 F150 XL. Went on nicely, look good, and should protect the area behind the wheels from some of the small road stones that get tossed up by the tires. I will try and get pictures later if the weather cooperates.
Anyone else have the Husky molded mud flaps on their 15 or 16 F150? How do you like them?
Thanks!
Phil

I had them on my 04 Lariat, have them on my 10 Platinum and ordering them for my 16 Platinum when it gets here and love them. Did you drill and install the 3rd screw? I did on the 04 and 10 with no issues.

Thank you for the reply!

On the fronts, I only used the 2 screws that were there already. I do not think that the fronts need the extra screw, especially with the double faced tape helping secure the hold.

On the rears, I used the 3rd screw and drilled the hole as noted in the instructions. Being the mud flaps are taller than the front ones, even with the securing tape, I thought they needed the 3rd screw for extra support.

For the cost, I thought they were a good option!

Let me know if you need a close up of the back of the fronts!

I bought the molded Ford units for $45 each end. They come with a metal strut angled from the rocker panel to the inside of the rear flap to keep it from... flapping. The Husky units look like they could use something similar(?)

I have them on the front and rear. I like how they follow the contour of the fender and are not squared off, giving them more of a sport look and don't stand out. Truck stays much cleaner with them and they fastened nicely. I did add one of the provided screw on the fronts, only used factory on the backs, as I felt the front add was overkill.

Looking good. Question though, did you use the 3rd screw option on the front or back? Your reply confused me a bit. I probably read it wrong. These old eyes can't see ..... Ah, never mind about the "eyes" part...LOL!

The Husky mud flaps are a molded hard plastic. They don't flap because of their stiff or hard molded construction.
Thanks,
Phil

They don't flap or move, I've used them for 12 years, quality stuff.
