Default How many people cant get their truck into the garage?

I moved into a newer house and my truck no longer fits. Ive heard several others complain about this as well. Just curious how many folks have to keep the truck outdoors because of short garage opening.

Its pollen season so I'll have to dust it every day now

Many garages cannot take more than a SCab with a 6.5 foot bed / SCrew with a 5.5 foot bed. Mine fits with inches to spare.

I did consider it, then I realized the supercab is the same length as the crewcab and I didn't want a regular cab. I'm 10" too long

I have a SCrew 6.5' bed. I have never even attempted to get mine into the garage. I don't even know if it'll fit. Motorcycles are in the way, so I have never even tried.

Sucks because most newer houses with 2-car attached garages are 20'x20', Supercrews with 145"WB are just about 232 inches long, leaving a very small margin for getting in and out. Some may actually be smaller 19'8". I hate it! My next house I am going to have them build at-least a 22'x24', even if it means skimping on certain areas inside.

Tape measure says I could if I emptied the walls of shelves. But I'm not going to and so it will live in the driveway. SCREW w/6.5' bed.

The house we bought 4-5 years ago has cabinets attached to the wall sitting on the step that runs the width of the garage. If I were to take them out (which I can't cause they are full of stuff right now) I could fit my truck in. Thought about just taking the bottom ones out but the hood of the truck would still hit the top ones. Oh well. We have other garages that we can use to put the truck away when storms come up.

I have a screw with the 6.5 bed.
I had to pretty much empty my garage, but I managed to fit in mine and my wife's Expedition-EL with enough space left over to keep the small beer fridge in there. I had to take my antenna off though.
