How about a Nav update now?

BTW where is the memory card located for the NAV? I haven't spent much time with the truck, been too busy ripping out my stuff from the wrecked one, and the weather has been nasty for the past week.

Sync3 update would be on a USB drive.
Also, Android Auto works with the sync3 version 2 and 2.2, where when your phone is plugged in, it's all on the screen, from google maps to whatever, and you can voice activate text to wherever is in your contacts. So no need to worry about getting tickets or unsafe driving.

That makes sense. Ford finally came up to the 21st century with Sync3.

Driving like I stole it
Can we just get Waze approved on AA and Carplay already? Factory nav is awful...we have highways here in Atlanta that changed 3 years ago from being toll roads and they still show tolls on the 2016 nav. And don't get me started on the speed limits that are never right.

$149 for a map update?? I asked multiple dealers about map updates when I was shopping and they all assured me NAV updates were done over the air and were included free from Ford. You really can't trust ANYTHING the salesmen say, can you?

I was told that too. Love my truck but this two Ford family will be buying their next Ford from a different dealership.
