I concur. I had a 2014 Silverado rental and that thing was dead quiet on the interstate. My 2015 Lariat is a great truck but I do hear wind noise on the driver's side. Weird the front door on the passenger side is slightly misaligned but quiet. Just the opposite on the driver's side.

after having my truck for one week all of a sudden for 3 straight days I had a wind noise on the side of back window, driver side. it was very loud from 35 miles per hour on up, worse when windy. and along with the wind noise it sounded like metal flapping against other metal, was very loud. I figured out exactly where it was coming from by putting a passenger back there. but now for whatever reason 5 straight days I haven't heard it. everything seems to look normal inside and out.

I figured it was the antennae. Has anyone changed out the antenna for a shorty?

it's not the antenna. Mine is much worse since they adjusted my doors. It always sounds and feels windy outside like the truck is not aero correct. You'll hear it under the front cowl and around all the doors. It is nothing like the Chevy, they do a much better job of sealing their trucks from wind noise than ford.

My 2015 is MUCH quieter than my 2011 ever was, especially in wind.

I've got a slight wind whistle on passenger side over 55mph.

Isolation?

I dunno .... try:

- folding in the mirrors
- taping all the external door joints (blue painter's tape - with you in the truck)
- taping the windshield to body joint
- test drive - if no noise go to next step - if noise still present - it's likely not those areas
- test drive with iterative removal of tape, mirrors back out, until noise reappears

... just thinkin' out loud....
